The story of three children in Sattahip of different backgrounds that became friends; Puchong, a Thai boy, Jimmy, a Korean-American boy and Muay, a Chinese girl. One day while exploring, they impulsively take a hearse going to Bangkok. There, they fall in the hands of various different adults, and learn the sad truth of the adult world.

The threesome who lend reason to the title are Aravindan (Jayaram), Chandu (Mukesh) and Joy (Sreenivasan). When the truth is revealed and Padmini rejects him outright, Chandu stands up for his friend and speaks ill of her. This makes her swear to separate the friends.
